With the pandemic shutting down offices, Google projects that it saved over a billion dollars by not having workers in the office. And they made even more money.

Killing off Google Reader just wasn’t enough for Google, now they are twisting the knife by experimenting with adding RSS feeds to the Android version of Chrome. My current favorite RSS reader is Inoreader, it’s what I use to follow sites and people that I’m interested in, chronologically. I don’t miss stories because an algorithm thought I wasn’t interested.
